Innovative Material: BDC
Our heel guard is made of the innovative BDC material, which gives each component a unique, marble-like look. Each part is a one-of-a-kind and is laminated by hand. The curing process takes place in several stages in the autoclave, which not only ensures an exciting appearance but also outstanding technical properties. The different fibers scatter the incoming light and create an incomparable reflection.
Silk-matte clear coat layer
The final clear coat layer in a silk-matte finish emphasizes the special optical properties of the BDC material and protects it from environmental influences.
Unique plastic coating
As the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, we use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides a unique depth effect and highlights the high-quality nature of the material.
