Our carbon parts are laminated by hand to ensure consistent fiber alignment. After curing, the edges are precisely cut by robot to ensure a perfect fit.

Unique Plastic Powder Coating

A globally unique step in Ilmberger's production is the complete plastic powder coating of all carbon parts. This protects against environmental influences and gives an incomparable depth effect that prevents the aging of the parts and significantly extends their lifespan.

The final silk-matte clear coat layer ensures a smooth surface and emphasizes the luxurious-sporty look of our carbon parts. Each part is a masterpiece of technology and design.
