The innovative BDC material is used, giving the component a completely new and individual touch. The surface of each BDC part is unique and reminiscent of marble. The BDC is laminated by hand at Ilmberger and cured in several stages in the autoclave. The various fibers scatter the incoming light and create a previously unknown reflection.
Glossy surface and protection
The final clear coat layer is finished in a timeless glossy version and highlights the luxurious sporty look of the component. To optimally protect the high-quality material from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates a unique depth effect that particularly enhances the premium quality of the material.
