The component is made from the innovative BDC material, giving it a unique and individual touch. The surface of the BDC part is unique for each piece and resembles marble. At Ilmberger, the BDC is laminated by hand and goes through several curing stages in the autoclave. The material impresses not only with its fascinating appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibers scatter the incoming light and create a previously unknown reflection.

The final clear coat layer is in a modern silk-matte version and emphasizes the special optical properties of the material.

Protection and Quality

To protect the high-quality material from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides a unique depth effect that particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
